helping the Seller of a "Relinquished Property" obtain a buyer for the property,
to working the Buyer looking for "Replacement Properties." These can even
include the "Reverse Exchange," where the Seller secures the "Replacement
Properties" prior to securing his own Buyer for the soon to be "Relinquished
Property." In any case, this is not a job to be entrusted to a "Rookie" or
"Friend in the Business." The consequences of an improperly structured "Tax
Deferred Exchange" can be overturned by the IRS causing a devastating and potentially
very costly tax burden to the client. This could cause the client anywhere from thousands,
up to millions of dollars in "Triggered Taxes," depending upon the size of the
